Dream Home Lottery Rules
- Only 7,500 tickets will be sold at $100.00 each or 3 for $250.00.
- All 3-Pack ticket purchases must have the same name and mailing information on each ticket. 3-Pack tickets can only be mailed to the address of the ticket holder.
Group Purchase Agreement(pdf download) - Only Ontario residents are eligible to win a prize.
- Ticket purchaser(s) and/or contestant(s) must be at least 18 years of age.
- Contestants may enter as often as they wish.
- Tickets must be paid in full to be eligible to win a prize.
- A ticket purchase is not eligible for a tax receipt.
- The name, address and telephone numbers of contestant(s) must appear in the appropriate place on the ticket application.
- Ticket applications, and payment in full, must be received by the Rotary Club of Guelph at least 72 hours prior to the Early Bird Draw dates to be eligible for that draw.
- Contestants agree to allow the Rotary Club of Guelph to publish their names and/or pictures.
- No cash substitutes will be made for the Grand Prize or any Early Bird Prizes. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. All Early Bird Prize values are as stated. Prizes may not be exactly as illustrated.
- On each Early Bird Draw date, prizes will be drawn in reverse numerical order as listed on the brochure, at the Italian Canadian Club, 135 Ferguson St., Guelph, N1E 2Y9 between 12:00 Noon and 1:30 PM.
- Early Bird Prize winners are also eligible for subsequent Early Bird Draws, as well as the Grand Prize Draw.
- Early Bird Prizes must be redeemed within one year from date of draw.
- Grand Prize Draw to take place at 9:00 PM, Friday July 1, 2008 at the Canada Day celebrations at Riverside Park, Woolwich Street, Guelph. Winner need not be in attendance. Results will be published one week after the Grand Prize Draw.
- Title to the Dream Home must be transferred to the winner(s) no later than July 21, 2008.
- Title to the Dream Home must be transferred to the person(s) named on the winning ticket and the only obligation of the Rotary Club of Guelph is to deliver a deed for the Dream Home to the winner(s) in registerable form. Title to the Dream Home will be free of all liens and encumbrances, except for any agreements with the City of Guelph, any restrictions on title and any easements or rights of way affecting the property.
- Furniture and accents in the Dream Home are for display only and are not included in the Grand Prize unless otherwise specifically noted as such.
- Members of the Board of Directors, members of the Ticket Control Committee, chair and vice-chair of the Dream Home Committee of the Rotary Club of Guelph are not eligible to win.
- Liability of Lottery Licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
- Ticket purchaser(s) and/or contestant(s) acknowledge having read and agreed to these Lottery Rules.
